Probably one of the worst check in and hotel experiences ever. Surcharge of one extra person although the room clearly has two beds which reasonably is meant for TWO people. Staff appears to be nonchalant. Neither rude or friendly. Kudos to photoshop. Room looks nothing like the pictures online. Extremely old and dilapidated. More like a rundown motel inside. The only highlight is the little garden.

This hotel smell like mold, we staid in the third floor, the room was dirty the stuff rude, i paid for breakfast for my family of 5 and it turned out that my 12 year old needed tonpay for her, and the food was horrible i DO NOT RECOMMENDED THIS HOTEL

Good-sized hotel near Narita Airport, budget-friendly with coin laundry, gym, and a convenience store on-site. Staff were very helpful, and I appreciated the shuttle service. Amenities were good, and the room was surprisingly spacious compared to others we stayed at in Tokyo. However, the bathroom could use some upgrades, and the carpet had a noticeable smoke smell.

Room is ok, but old. It’s close to the airport and shuttle is convenient, but there is nothing around to buy groceries or food other that the hotel restaurant. What bothered me the most was the attitude of the guy at front desk, he was rude and impatient during the check in process.

Old hotel near the airport

Outdated hotel. Near the airport and not too expensive but the bed mattress was hard and there was water near the window. The breakfast buffet was mainly composed of Japanese food but there was bread.
