Conveniently located near Narita Station, shops, restaurants. Free airport shuttle.
Strange way to getting to your room. Need to stop on third floor and get off elevator walk down a hallway a couple of hundred feet to another set of elevators to take to the fifth floor . Other than that it was o.k.
The staff is lovely and there is a free airport shuttle. The hotel is close to major trains as well, so there is no problem getting to and from the airport. The room though just wasn't clean. The walls were dirty and it felt like I was staying in an old motel. Luckily I only needed the place for a night, and the only reason I booked it is because it was the cheapest option. But if I spent a few more dollars I might've got something better. In any case, book it for one night but not worth it if you are staying a while.
