The pillow is super hard, and the bed is extremely firm. This was a great stay/experience, even though there were annoying people that didn't seem to know that you're supposed to be quiet in the capsules area.
Good hotel close to the airport. Walking distance not far at all. Easy check in and out
It was convinient having the hotel right in the airport. Helps out a lot of people who have overnight layovers.
Good location at a great price. You do though need to go through Immigration, then re-enter the following day (in my case). The security opens at 0730, stay to the front to avoid a rush.
Super wonderful rest room! Super courtesy staff! Super confort bed! Super nice breakfast!
it looks like there are a few rest rooms the Cleaning Ourselves were malfunctional! I already report to staff and they acted immediately to take look for the issue!
I had some money in my backpack and placed it in my locker. The money was gone when checked it again. I believe my locker was opened and the money was taken from there. I called the police and informed them but they told me that security cameras did not catch anything. However, my money was there when I checked in and was gone when I checked out. So, be careful if you carry cash.
This is the perfect place if you need somewhere to spend the night, especially if you want to stay near the airport. The capsule beds are really comfortable and they provide you with everything you need, showers, safe storage for your bags, toiletries and towels. It's right in the airport and is really close to the train hub. I'll definitely stay here again.
One thing to know when going to this hotel is that you must go thru customs and immigration. Once you do that just head towards the basement where the subway is. From there you will see some signs. The staff was friendly and explained everything as I was checking in. Was nice a quick. The lobby was nice and clean, the showers were clean but a bit small. The locker was plenty big however if you have an oversized bag it wont fit. The bed area was clean and very roomy for the size but the actually bedding was rather stiff. If you dont mind hearing everyone walking up and down the hall or snoring people than this is a great place to get to quickly and sleep. I will be staying again on my next flight as its just very convenient and saves me money from having to get a taxi.
Walk to check in for flight! Very clean, very great interior, very great facility, very great hotel idea!
It is a good place to stay one day before departure, or too tired when you arrive to Narita
At first I was hesitant about staying at a capsule hotel. I was worried that I would not fit in the pod. However the pod was more than big enough. The facilities were clean. The staff was friendly. However the pillow was kind of hard and I used the folded blanket as a pillow. The slippers they give you are small. But this is not the Hilton. This is a places to sleep if you have a long layover.
