Narita International Airport is the main hub for flights into Narita and the surrounding area.
Hotel staff were very efficient and polite. Down side for us was it took 45 min to get to the terminal 2 on their shuttle bus during morning rush hour.
The room was plain but spacious with a bath much bigger than a hotel that had cost twice as much. The buffet dinner had a reasonable senior rate and a good variety.
Very convenient to airport, with free shuttle transport to/from airport as well as another free shuttle to city center and to large shopping mall. Room clean and comfortable. Excellent value.
Just make sure you catch the last free shuttle if you are coming in late, which was 11:45. Taxis are harder to catch this late and a bit expensive. Good hotel that meets requirements for a night. Staff is friendly and breakfast buffet was nice but nothing fancy.
