The Washington Chiba hotel was a good hotel. It served its purpose, which was basically, sleeping and recovering from the jetlag. I did not use any of their services so I cannot comment on them. In all, I would say that I was satisfied with this hotel.
The hotel has a Limousine Bus Line direct to and from Haneda Airport. Large room with view of Tokyo Bay. 5 minutes walk to Makuhari Messe.
We participated in Spartan race held at nearby German Village park and booked this room mainly for sleeping purpose, didn't get to explore the area but it seemed it was centrally located... surrounded by many restaurants and bars.
