convenience, shuttle, adequate building; cleanliness,
The hotel rooms have gotten quite a nice up grade since my last visit. Clean, tasteful, and comfortable
The facility is so^so, however, the staff's service is lower than average.
The room temperature, too, was good! The hours of sport facilities was too short.
It’s a convenient and inexpensive hotel near the airport with free shuttle. The staff have a hard time communicating in English and response time is very slow.
I wish the rules and regulations were a little more flexible for the travelers to extend their time in the room instead of checking out at 11am and have to take until 2pm to check back in just to extend your day. But overall, good speaking English staff who was a trainee. Great space in the room with peace and quiet.
Smelled a lot of smoke, welcome to Japan. Very easy to and from Narita.
Breakfast was unavailable until after 6am, which was not helpful for those of us who flew internationally and were awake already at 3am.
Run down rooms rooms dated. Elevators dirty, nothing around hotel. Restaurant prices high
It was very clean, and the room was spacious! The shuttle service is very reliable.
Nothing to add for this property. The staff is very courteous.
The free hotel shuttle from and to the airport was very easy to find and ran rather frequently (every 20-30 min) from both terminal 1 and 2/3. The free shuttle to the JR train station did not run early enough for our scheduled train, but we were able to catch the shuttle to the airport terminal 1 and it was a very short walk to the Narita airport JR station. The hotel was very clean with lots of space in the room. Rooms are a bit older looking but the beds were big for Japan standard, very comfortable, and the bathroom had a lot of toiletries included. The hotel lobby smelt like cigarette smoke due to a smoking room nearby but the non-smoking room we stayed in did not smell of smoke at all. The breakfast buffet was very tasty and had a large selection of Japanese and American breakfast foods - would definitely recommend buying the rate with the included breakfast. My 3 year old was no charge for the buffet and there was a discounted kids rate as well. We arrived late and found hot food in the gift shop if you dont want to leave the hotel for food.
