I really enjoyed the hotel overall, but I rated it 4 stars because of the strong cooked food smell in the elevators, which would cling to our clothes whenever we used them. It seemed like the restaurant’s grill exhaust might be venting into the elevator shaft. Other than that, our room and shower were excellent, the staff was very helpful, and the shuttle bus and taxis made getting around very convenient.

Great hotel near the airport. Large rooms and a restaurants downstairs. Comfortable and clean laundry room with plenty of room and vending machine. The shuttle bus to the airport and Aeon mall in town was a plus. Really enjoyed the stay here and I would have given them a perfect score but the check in experience wasn’t good. Long wait and even though my room was ready I had to wait until 3pm check or had to pay a large fee for early check in. Decided to wait and got stuck behind 2 buses worth of Chinese tourists. Convenience store in the lobby had all the essentials and well priced. Highly recommended if you need to stay near the Narita airport.

We were only here for a few hours between flights. Conveniently located to NRT and the free airport shuttle was great. The breakfast was very nice although it would be nice if it opened earlier. Only complaint was the noise. I understand it was summer vacation but quite a few children playing in the hall

I stayed two nights. The bed was fairly comfortable but not great. The buffet breakfast was nice and the dining room had a pleasant garden outlook. All staff were helpful and efficient. I like walking but the shuttle bus is essential from Tobu as there is little nearby except the airport and lots of airport parking. I caught the shuttle bus to Aeon Mall Narita and then walked to Naritasan Shinshoji Temple and the Parklands near it. Both were beautiful.

There is a gift/convenience store and a chemist downstairs which you can buy fresh little meals from instead of the expensive Buffett dining on the other-side of lobby. Spacious rooms compared to other hotels.

Really nice hotel :) the rooms were convenient, there were a lot of services like a convenience store in the hotel, laundry, and a vaccuum sealing station. I also got late checkout and it was easy to purchase and reasonably priced The free shuttle services were convenient, ran frequently, and made it easy to go explore the city and get to the airport

The room I was allocated on the 9th floor was infested with cockroaches. When we checked into the room I noticed them around the welcome tray. Their was sticky substances on the surface in the same area, i contacted housekeeping who came to clean the surfaces they left me 2 cans of bug killer! I found more cockroaches and killed them with the spray and took them to reception they apologised we were eventually room moved to a "superior room" on the 12 floor. What was totally unacceptable was that they had cockroaches in the bedrooms they let an unclean room and the attitude of the reception staff. I would never recommend this hotel and would warn everyone to stay away.

The only food options in the area are the hotel restaurants which are quite expensive, and family mart and 7-11 in the adjacent area. The shuttle bus to the airport was very convenient. Rooms were very large and convenient for packing prior to the airport. Ammenities including the gym and pool are paid use which is very dissapointing as there is nothing else in the area easily accessed. You will hear frequent highway noise as well as plane noise from the nearby runway. There is only one microwave in 1 tower which was very inconvenent to get to. Room comfort, linens and style was mediocre but room was clean.
