Clean and comfortable room. Ours was a Superior Twin Room. I was pleasantly surprised to find that our room overlooked a community garden or farmland. The buffet breakfast was nice. We have been to Japan many times. This is the only hotel buffet breakfast that offers customers the chance to put together their own Tonkotsu Ramen! And it was delicious. You can add sesame and/or shallots to it. The hotel even provides a timer for you to time the cooking time! And having the complimentary bus from Narita Airport to the hotel and from the hotel to Narita Station is very handy.

Booked here specifically for the airport shuttle. It was easy to read the schedule, and hop on to the shuttle. The stay itself was very nice. Breakfast buffet had a lot of options and was easy to navigate. Rooms were very comfortable. Bath tub was a nice size. Lots of space to reorganize suitcases. The only thought I had about the rooms was that to turn the lights on you need to use the room card key. But there is only 1 card per room. So, if someone wants to go out, they can't take the card with them. Everything else was great. The location is not a far walk from activities, shopping, and local vendors.

The outlet on the desk is loose and we have to constantly put something to position it. Water pressure is good and the bedding is alright. Housekeeping only come every 4 days so it's a bit inconvenient. A few of the front desk staffs are not that polite and that really shocked us. It wasn't like that before!
