The room is clean, decor needs updating. Onsen bath was exceptional, clean, relaxing, therapeutic, can potentially wipe away aches and pains of body and mind. Staff are polite, helpful and treats guests with courtesy. I did not try restaurant, but plans to do so next time, as the menu looks good and prices are reasonable. Free shuttle service to shops and airport was well appreciated. Thank you ART Hotel for my wonderful stay.

Great budget hotel for sleep ins with affordable rates. They have shuttle service to malls and airport. The shuttle to malls are on time. However, for pick up from airport to hotel is more than an hour wait. Need to ask specific questions about hot springs as they operate during specific hours. Overall, good place for quick stopover

We arrived at Narita Airport from USA around 4pm and got our rental car. 2 family members were flying in at 10pm and we wanted to drive at that time to a town near Mt Fuji for a few days. We rented this hotel room and napped for 4-5 hours. Well worth the $50-60 to be rested for a 2.5hr drive after a long day.

We only stayed for a night. Our only complaint was the bathroom in our room. It looks dirty specially under the sink and bidet. Maybe because the Hotel is old. But the staff are great and there is Family Mart by the lobby. We had our breakfast at their restaurant also and food was OK also. The free shuttle from and to Narita was nice and convenient. But I will try a different Hotel next time we travel to Narita.

翌日のフライトのため、成田に一泊する必要があり利用しました。空港まではシャトルサービスがあって便利です。予想してはいましたが、施設自体は古いです。部屋の壁紙の傷みと、全体のデザインと照明が暗いのが少し気になりました。また、これはたまたまですが、騒がしいお客さんが同じフロアにいて遅くまで騒々しかったです。廊下側、隣室との間の壁がどちらも薄いようでした。騒がしい人がいなければ問題が無いレベルだとは思います。スタッフの方の対応はとてもよく、温泉も気持ちよく利用させて頂きました。24時間のコンビニが併設されているのも安心でした。全体としては満足です。お勧めします。

It's a very simple hotel that is easy to get to from Narita airport, but there is absolutely nothing around it. The hotel facade is nice but inside where the rooms actually are, are pretty old and dated. The plus point is the onsen onsite has multiple type of baths, saunas and is great for a relaxing time.

The hotel offers convenient transportation to and from NRT, as well as to the JR station and to AEON mall. The website does state that people with tattoos are not permitted to use the Onsen, but that is not the case as I was told I could enter even with tattoos. With that being said, I didn't get to try anything out as I was only overnighting after a longhaul flight but it met my needs at the time!

The hotel was a nice hotel but there were a few things that caught my attention, the room was pretty much clean but not perfect, there were spider webs and lint balls on the edges of the floor and in some corners, the room felt kind of small but everything else was pretty good I would say.

Our room is not properly cleaned Empty water bottle and some receipts under our bed

Disliked: Cleanliness, property conditions & facilities

Carpet is really old and dirty. Wall paint on the hallway fell apart. Garden Wing looks really old and outdated. Definitely not worth the money I paid for.
