We arrived at 11pm so the shuttle had already stopped running. We had to hire an Uber to get there. I reserved 2 rooms and one of the rooms had ants on the walls and on the bed. They moved 2 of us to a guest suite which was cleaner, more spacious, but actually kind of creepy. The second room was clean and had no issues.

Close to the airport with convenience of shuttle bus. Rooms are a bit old but pretty spacious. There is a nice view of garden from the restaurant. Shuttle bus staff at the other hotel stop was quite rude to the passengers. I understand she needed to place everyone to the bus, however, she could approach in different manner.

The free shuttle bus not only to and from the airport but to the narita station and the Aeon shopping mall helped a lot. And the room was clean and since I stayed on the 9th floor I enjoyed watching the airplanes fly off was a wonderful experience. The staff was kind and gave me the assistance I needed, thank you so much

Very old and outdated rooms that are simply not competitive with other hotels in the area. Short staffing is obvious everywhere. Including the worse - at the breakfast buffet. When they run out of food, such as poached eggs, no staff would replenish it.. The ramen station would have no ramen for 30 minutes. The tuna sashimi station out of tuna for almost an hour. Staff would drop napkins during cleaning then just walk away as if they don't see it. Overall one of the worse breakfast buffet i have experienced in the entire Japan. Airport shuttle from hotel to airport is contracted to another company that you need to make reservations with .... adding significantly to travel stress. No staff i met seem to care about your stay. Most of the patrons seem to be with large tour groups. It does have a small koi pond with a BBQ restaurant on top of it. And that area takes great picture so that's usually what you see in reviews. They supply no deinking water but will give you one if you submit a review.
