The hotel is near the NARITA airport and it’s very convenient. It has shuttle to transfer to and from NARITA airport. The room is clean and roomy. However, the bed is a bit hard. Excellent breakfast with a lot of choices between west and east food. It has 3 restaurants and it even has Lawson convenient store inside. Highly recommend for a short stay

This hotel was excellent for hospitality and dining options. The rooms were excellent and felt luxurious. The staff was incredibly kind and beyond helpful. They also had a very convenient shuttle to Narita and to the airport that operated constantly. I had no worries staying at the hotel.

Beautiful and welcoming lobby and staff. However, room/bathroom outdated. Bathroom amenities, disposable slippers, nightwear, airport shuttle and 24hour convenience store is a huge plus and greatly appreciated.

The perfect location for picking up a rental car as the offices are within a short walk. Very hospitable and welcoming staff. Breakfast was amazing. Very spacious rooms.

We were immediately greeted when we walked in and the staff took our luggage all the way up to our room. Everyone was so kind, and we especially loved the Lawson & the shuttle to the airport! We would for sure stay there again! The only thing to note is that there is no air conditioning.
