The staff were very courteous. The room was very clean. There was a very convenient shuttle which I used to go between Nikko Hotel and Narita Airport. I had a great stay at Hotel Nikko.

The most amazing airport hotel I've ever stayed at. Clean and comfortable room, service was top notch, and the hotel itself was beautiful - convenient shuttle service, stunning gardens with Christmas lights when we were there, great range of restaurants too.

The staff was good Aaron’s, but the room was not for us. It did not have an AC !!! The hotel suggested that we open the window. We won the fourth floor, and they were just all kinds of noise, including the planes overhead. The room had only one outlet for use, the rest were already used by the hotel.
