We stayed in Room 407. Not good: laminate wooden floor was in poor, shabby condition. This made an immediate bad impression. One gap between boards could possibly cause injury. Shabby floor repair, blob of glue "squeezout" was just left on floor, not cleaned up. Inside surface of of bathroom door had areas of paint flaking off. Reminiscent of cheapest class of motel. When we arrived, only two towels in bathroom, no washcloths. Went to front desk to request more. Otherwise, room was quiet, shower water was hot, and beds were comfortable. Breakfast and front desk staff were very friendly. I thought quality/choices of breakfast buffet was "overhyped" in online reviews (one reason we chose this motel) compared to other motel buffets. Please correct shabby conditions of laminate floor in this room. It caused immediate regret of choice we made to stay at this Comfort Inn. With thanks for your attention, Mike Nobel 207-838-5631

The exterior looks fresh. The lobby was clean. The elevators were dirty. Upon opening the door of our original room, we were blasted with a disgusting g smell that was a combination of some sort of air freshener spray and mold and cigarettes…we think. The bathroom floor was dirty and sticky. There was fresh gum stuck to the floor. When I picked up the phone to call the front desk, I had to hold it away from my face because the phone was disgustingly dirty and was even missing buttons. The front desk was area accommodating in arranging another room for us. When I asked if some rooms were better than the others, I was told that they were all supposed to be the same, but the fourth floor rooms are usually better which was a contradiction, but seemed to be somewhat accurate. You were given a room on the fourth floor did not smell, but it still was not exactly what I would call clean. The bathroom floor tiles were broken. The door to the bathroom did not have a latch plate and was fitted with part of the door jam shaved. The sprinkler was not sticking out from the drywall ceiling fully the paint on the door was all over the wall. It looked like the room had been renovated by someone who learned from YouTube and fully watch the video. The bed was comfortable, but the tin base of the bed made a strange sound. Every time I rolled over. It sounded like someone was moving a dumpster outside. The mirror was not cleaned. The smoke free status of this hotel is questionable.

You get what you pay for!

The room was in disrepair and smelled of stale smoke. There were screws pasturing from the bathroom walls. Housekeeping came once and didn’t even make the bed. I stayed because it was cheap, but I wouldn’t come back.

Stay elsewhere!!!!! After checking in and going to the room. I immediately returned to the lobby and checked out. This place gives me motel vibes. The rooms are so dated with dirty carpet and dated furniture. The bathroom has an old tub and was also dated. There was a poor patch job that was noticed in the bathroom ceiling . Thanks to expedia i was given a full refund but was willing to take the lost. Plus they photo copy your ID and stores it in the back room for what the lady at the front could not tell me.

I had to change rooms twice. In the first room there was fesses marks on the toilet and toilet paper. In the second room the bathroom tub was so dirty and had mold all over the shower curtains. The last room I stayed in had a fairly clean bathroom in comparison to the others but also had random holes in the walls. I had a flight in less than 4 hrs at that point so I decided to just stay. I was shocked because of the 7 rating I would have never expected those conditions!

Don't do it - Bugs, broken tiles, food, dog bones

This was probably one of the worst hotels I've stayed at. Don't let the outside, white and black, catch your eye too quickly! If I could leave zero stars, I would. No shampoo, both containers were filled with conditioner, hair and dirt all over the bathtub which clearly was not cleaned. Every tile on the bathroom floor was cracked and untreated. Dirt/food pile in the bedroom area. Used dog bone in corner of room with another sticking out from under the couch. When we opened the couch to use the bed, there was a used hand towel that was still damp. Overall - it was absolutely disgusting. The best thing about this hotel was the kind lady keeping the breakfast area clean. Still - 1 star because I can't give less than that.

Do not come here. Walls are sticky from past guests, no ventilation in the room at all it smelled like mildew. And was brutal with humidity. Bathroom walls were constantly so wet the paint is peeling. Our comforter, bed sheet and pillows were all dirty and we had to get new. No soap at all, they serviced the room as well and still didnt add soap.
