During my recent 16-day stay at the TownePlace Suites by Marriott in Brookfield, Wisconsin, I experienced a level of hospitality that truly exceeded all my expectations. From the moment I arrived until the day I departed, the warm and attentive treatment by the staff made my experience exceptionally welcoming, making me feel like part of a large family. The accommodation itself is a true home away from home. My room was impeccably clean and well-appointed, offering all the comfort and convenience needed for an extended stay. The overall atmosphere of the hotel is peaceful and inviting, allowing me to fully relax after my days out. In summary, my experience at the TownePlace Suites by Marriott Brookfield was truly memorable. It is a testament to how great customer service and genuine hospitality can make a stay unforgettable. I will definitely return and recommend this hotel to friends and family looking for quality, comfort, and a warm welcome in Brookfield.

Disappointing. We are fans of Towneplace Suites. This one just didn’t compare. When we arrived, the front lobby had a strong stench of deodorizer. Not a welcoming fragrance. The fragrance stayed on our clothes afterwards. We skipped the complimentary breakfast because it was held in the same area as the deodorized lobby. Staff was very kind though. Wake up management.

Het zwembadje was leuk, en de kamer handig ingericht! Wat ik echt storend vond was het gebruik van wegwerp servies en bestek bij het ontbijt! Het is elke dag weer een berg afval, en doet afbreuk aan de kwaliteit van het ontbijt! Marriott onwaardig!

We have stayed at this property a few times and after this visit I’m not sure we’d stay again. We had a second floor room and the people moving around in the room above us sounded like they were in our room. They changed their policy on parking (now a fee) and this was not communicated at check-in (and there was not a lot of parking available!). Lastly, I happened to forget my key in my room and went to the front desk for another. I was given one just by providing my room number and wasn’t asked for any ID. While the hotel can’t be blamed for messy/rude guests, I watched a kid shoot the whipped cream directly into his mouth from the can at the breakfast buffet. Additionally, the breakfast room was full every morning and our family of 3 had to cram into a table for 2 while single guests sat at a table for 4. Overall the breakfast was good and the staff did a good job of keeping it full given how busy it was. My kids also appreciated the nightly cookies.

I didn’t realize there was a daily parking fee, this should have been on the information when I booked the room, I think you should not be charged a parking fee when your staying a the hotel.

From the moment we walked to the door to check in to the moment we checked out, we were treated wonderfully by the staff. Everyone we encountered was friendly and helpful and made us feel welcome. The rooms were very spacious and clean. The breakfast was good and had a lot of options. One of the most quiet places we've ever stayed in. No outside noise or noise in the halls to keep us awake at night. If we're ever in the area again, we will definitely stay here.

Amazing stay

I just spent 7 weeks traveling with my son every weekend for Basketball and for the price with was totally amazing and fair, we definitely saved the best for last!!!! Super impressed!!! Staff was GREAT, room was GREAT and CLEAN, breakfast was AWESOME and I’m SO GLAD we chose to stay at this facility!!! Oh and did I mention they had a great heated outdoor pool!!!! You MUST stay here if you have the chance!!!!
