Disliked: Cleanliness, amenities, property conditions & facilities
When we arrived they had no idea that we had made a reservation with them. It was 12AM and we had just arrived to the country. They kept us waiting for more than 20 minutes until they could get everything figured out. They took us to the room and it had not been cleaned. Trash everywhere and the bed was not even made. They switched us to another room that had nothing to do with the room that we had reserved. At 2AM we were taken out of the room by the staff because they still had not confirmed our stay. Total nightmare.
