We were given a very small room at first by the night staff, we wondered if it was the same that we paid for because it looked so different from the pictures in Expedia, but they said it was the right category and they could not change us because the hotel was full. We stayed there for that night and were woken by very loud construction work being done right outside our window since 8am. So we decided to go talk to the day shift to see if something could be done. They were so nice and helpful, they changed us right away to a much better, much bigger room (that looked like the one we actually saw on the website) and we did not have problems with the noice for the other 4 nights we stayed there. Thank you so much for that, we really enjoyed the hotel, they turned a potentially very bad experience into a wonderful one.

La ubicación y la decoración. Algunas normas del establecimiento, después de viajar mucho es la primera vez que me encuentro con que tienes que pagar la habitación por adelantado y encima dejar un depósito por día. Se escucha ruido desde el esterior y maquina de la calefacción ruidosa

We weren't expecting the decor, but it was cute. We really liked the window seat where we could read and enjoy the view when we were ready for a break from walking around and visiting friends. It was fantastic having our room cleaned daily! And staff was super helpful.

Check in associate that checked us in was not too nice... The TV in the room did not work! I it kept shutting down on it's own every few seconds/minutes. We wanted to watch TV in bed and were unable. No water in the room! At a hotel at this libel, charging over $500 a night, you expect a 1$ water bottle near your bed! Breakfast fast at the rooftop restaurant was amazing! Good was great and the view was incredible! Nice hotel, very nice are but not really worth the money.

A wonderful hotel

We had such a lovely stay at the Treehouse Hotel London. From the moment we arrived, the staff were warm, welcoming, and went out of their way to make us feel special. Our room was delightful — beautifully designed with a cozy window nook offering fantastic views of the city. The bed was incredibly comfortable, and I had one of the best night’s sleep I’ve had in a while. The shower was equally impressive — relaxing and just what we needed after a day out in London. We also enjoyed drinks and dinner at the rooftop bar, The Nest. The food was delicious, the cocktails were excellent, and again, the staff were friendly and attentive. The atmosphere was vibrant yet relaxed, with stunning panoramic views. Breakfast at Madera, the hotel’s restaurant, was another highlight. The food was fresh and flavorful, the views were gorgeous, and the staff were just as helpful and welcoming as everywhere else in the hotel. A special touch that made our stay even more memorable was the thoughtful surprise of flowers and strawberries in our room to celebrate our anniversary. It was such a kind gesture and really showed the attention to detail the hotel offers. Overall, I would 100% recommend Treehouse Hotel London to anyone looking for a unique, stylish, and friendly place to stay in the city. We’ll definitely be coming back!

Fantastic hotel !

We stayed at the Treehouse for 3 nights. The location is fantastic. A few minutes from Oxford Street. Great coffee shops very close by. We initially stayed in the Loft room which is a good size. however we had Room 1409 which was below the restaurant/night club and the noise was very bad . The music was very loud and you could hear chairs being scraped and moved along the floor all the time. The hotel was very good and moved us to another room which was smaller but much better. They also reduced our cost as the room was smaller and gave us an extra discount to compensate us. The staff are super friendly and nothing was too much trouble for them. Definitely a great hotel to stay in when visiting London. Just make sure you dont get a room below the restaurant!!

Amazing stay

Incredible stay at The Treehouse Hotel. The room had incredible views, very clean and modern. The beds were without a doubt, the most comfortable bed I’ve ever stayed in. Couldn’t recommend this hotel enough!

A great stay

I had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The room was lovely—modern, clean, and with a quirky charm that made it feel unique. The bed was incredibly soft and comfortable, perfect for a great night’s sleep. I also had a beautiful view of the city, which was a real bonus. The staff were all polite and welcoming, creating a relaxed and professional atmosphere from check-in to check-out. The highlight of the stay was definitely the breakfast at Madera restaurant—absolutely delicious with plenty of choice and great quality. Highly recommend this hotel for anyone looking for comfort, style, and a little something special!

Horrible..! I rang the hotel to discuss views from all the rooms - They lied to me about the room description before I booked. Even after arrival they again insulted me by saying the room I had booked was not available (When it clearly showed 2 left on Expedia website/App). Never a 4* & best a 2-3* and that’s me being generous. I advise other potential future guests to be careful of this hotel - I promise the views shown are a sham and all you’ll see is the road (regent street and the construction workers/scaffolding's ) and other guests on their balconies staying at other neighbouring properties!!! Good luck!
