Enjoyable Easter Trip

Great space for a family of 3, great transport links with Underground station nearby. Entire hotel very clean. breakfast buffet stocked well of all items.

Excellent staff especially Thomas at front desk who was really kind and helpful. Have a nice restaurant and bar, with live music on friday. Good breakfast buffet. Beautiful neighborhood and very close to Russell Square Station and British Museum.

Even though the carpets were worn the room and bathroom were clean. The staff was friendly and helpful. They even let us into our room and hour early when we got there. There is no air conditioning so opening the window is the only way to get cool air. There is currently a large construction project behind the hotel so don't plan on sleeping in.

The pros: clean, convenient location, around lots of great restaurants, safe, walkable, lots of transportation options, friendly staff, reliable wifi, reasonably priced. The cons: room and bed was small (but okay for solo traveler and normal for London), no refrigerator in room, no microwave in room, no buckets of ice available, no way to control the temperature in the room. All in all, I would stay here again.

I contacted the hotel several times before arriving and they could not understand that I didn’t want a twin bed. While they eventually put me in a room with a double bed they still tried to put me in a twin bed in a room the size of a walk in closet. The breakfast buffet was very good.

The hotel was very clean, and the staff was extremely kind and helpful. The beds were very comfortable too! It was very close to the train station, which was helpful, because it was about a 30 minute walk to all of the sites. The walk was doable, but if you wanted transportation it was extremely convenient.

This hotel was in a short walking distance from several bus lines, tube and St. Pancras train station. The hotel offered a great breakfast buffet with a large assortment of options.
