Loads of atmosphere in that part of town and convenient for West End and Kings Cross. I took the chance to use the spa which was top notch. Everyone was maxing on friendliness / seem to have a good set up. Would definitely recommend.

Great hotel with some of the best designed and finished rooms in London. The quality really is high. The gym is well equipped but a bit small during peak hours. The spa is superb, the sauna, salt room and impressive hydro-pool of particular note. Bring ear plugs, the windows are not up to the central location on Newman Street sadly. Much like many other hotels at this level they charge a room service charge on top of the rate which is an increasing frustration. Hide it in the rate, this is the UK, It's the first restaurant I've seen creep to 13.5% service above industry norm of 10-12.5%.
