We really enjoyed our stay! The room we were in in was really nice and well maintained and clean. The bed was comfortable and the complimentary snacks and water were great to have. The staff was very nice and helpful during our entire stay. The breakfast was great and had a nice selection. The bed was comfortable and very nice. The only thing we didn’t enjoy was the shower head, but it was more due to preference than quality. We don’t prefer the rain shower heads because they are too difficult for normal use and don’t rinse well in our opinion. The hotel is in a great location by Victoria station and there are plenty of food options very close by. The bus stop for our hop on hop off bus was just outside the front door which was really convenient. We would definitely stay here again.

It’s 163 old and so elegant and beautiful! The architecture on both inside and out is amazing and to read about the history was mind blowing! The breakfast is buffet style and delicious. Gorgeous hotel with a perfect location for siteseeing. Staff is very friendly and helpful. The bar was a perfect spot to unwind. Rooms were well appropriated and clean.

Beautiful hotel in a very convenient area right next to Victoria Station. The staff were helpful and kind and knowledgeable about the area. It is in a great location for visiting Buckingham Palace and other historic places. Walking distance to many sites, shops, dining options, mass transit and theaters. Would stay there again.

We loved our stay at the Clermont Victoria Station. It’s convenient to both the train and buses and very centrally located in London. We enjoyed the Soak restaurant and breakfasts. The hotel is close to other restaurants, pubs, and breakfast cafes. Don’t hesitate, stay here and relax in beautiful, historic surroundings with exceptional service.

Comfy, clean, & convenient - with lots of extras

I am so glad we stayed here. This hotel is gorgeous, and the room was incredibly comfortable. Loved that the minibar food and drinks were complimentary. Everything was impeccably clean. Breakfast in the morning was an excellent buffet-style array of hot and cold items. Location is perfect - connected to Victoria station. We will stay here again for sure.

Lovely hotel in a great location, only issue was the elevators being out and having to navigate to get to the room. Also it being a heat wave, the air conditioning didn't work well a few nights. Food was good and drinks were better!
