I was in London gor a concert in Brixton and many walking tours. The location at Victoria Station was ideal for the areas I planned to visit. My room overlooked the bus station but was very quiet. The bed was very large and comfortable. I paid for the breakfast which had a good selection of items. Ate or hung out in the Soak bar several times. Their selection of beers could have been better, but other pubs I visited made up for that. The staff was very friendly and helpful. Overall a very pleasant stay, and I will be back.

Stayed here for 3 nights in March. Hotel is in a great location to walk to Buckingham Palace, Westminster Abby, and other attractions. The hotel is very big and spread out, took a while to figure out how to find out rooms. Loved it!

Old Yellow towels, bedding and bad showers.

I have stayed at this this hotel for over 15 years, visiting family in London. I stayed there when it was the Grosvenor and a few times since under the new name, Clermont. Frankly while the lobby looks great the room was pretty outdated, threadbare but most of all the issues were cleanliness of bedding and towels. The bedding and towels were very old, once were probably white but now, particularly the towels are yellow and rough. I'd sort of expect this from one of the B&B's down the street but those are less than half the nightly rate. This is very disappointing for what is supposed to be a luxury hotel. I made the same complaint to the survey from the hotel and management but nothing was done to rectify the situation. This is also very surprising because there are other nicer hotels in Victoria, the Rui, The Victoria Park Plaza and Citizen M, and they are typically 20%+ cheaper. These hotels also have walk-in showers, whereas the Clermont had only a tub with a short glass partition for the shower which also had a very high step-in and step-out was pretty dangerous.

The Clemont Victoria is our go-to hotel in London! It is conveniently located steps away from Victoria Station and very safe. I would suggest booking the Deluxe King Room over the Classic King Room, as it was much more spacious, well-maintained, and lift-accessible. The free snack and water refills were great and the staff were all very friendly and helpful.

Amazing location right near Victoria station. Hotel has a gorgeous lobby. Older historic building but very well kept up. Rooms were recently renovated, spacious, and nice. No noise as the walls are soundproof. Would definately stay here again.

Nice traditional hotel conveniently located in Victoria. My room was comfortable and well appointed. Some of the rooms are quite a walk from Reception! I wish that hotels would quit from mounting television sets directly on the wall between Rooms because I could hear the next door rooms TV. Luckily this didn’t go on late. But it would discourage me from staying here again. Also, the hotel restaurant was excessively noisy with very loud music. So I decided to eat elsewhere. Breakfast was pleasant but pricey.

Great location and easy to get around London by train or foot. The rooms were clean (apart from scuffs along the walls). Nice having a restaurant attached - warning they don’t accept cash!

He hotel was amazing. Top notch. The room I stayed horrible. I mean horribly small. Room was a joke. Shower don’t even make me comment on it. Couldn’t even spin around to take a shower. We travel a lot all over Europe but will not be staying there ever again. The embarrassing thing was I book 2 other rooms for my business partners and felt horrible at how small the rooms were. Never again. Do something about it. It doesn’t justify the hotel. Hotel is in great Area. Hated the room and I mean it hated. With a carry on and staying in the room by my self you Could not even move around. Zero room.
