Disliked: Cleanliness
The unit is dirty, lots of marks, dirty walls, some cracks, paint was peeling especially in the bathrooms. Quite a bit of mildew in the one bathroom running along the bottom of the glass shower. The couch and rugs had noticeable stains. We looked out at the back where there was a table and 3 chairs and everything was overgrown and dirty. I asked before we arrived if there were any floor fans and was told there was one. When I went to turn it on, it was broken. I mentioned this to the supervisor and it was ignored. TV was constantly losing connection/buffering even when trying to use streaming services. We contacted the hosts supervisor right away and apparently nothing could be done about this. Loud banging, scraping, shaking from unit above. The supervisor said it was the people two floors above. This went on for about 9 until they left, it was fine. Nothing was done about this either. About 10 days in our stay, we asked for more toilet paper and towels and we were told no. We had to get our own. No mention in description was our unit was right beside a Hostel. Noise most nights, at the back and front, vaping and smoking wafting in through our windows.We definitely would not have stayed there. This was very misleading not only because we thought it was “newly renovated” and clean but knowing there was a Hostel right next door was unacceptable.
