Disliked: Cleanliness, check-in, communication
A nightmare. Fees to pay top private company as a bond (that is alwats dangerous). Couldnt check in as we were travelling and did not see late emails about paying a bond. After a 16 hr stressed day we were subjected to another 2 hrs trying to get access. A nightmare experience. Then after staying a few days and just on leaving the property i found a coachroad under my bags in the main bedroom!!!! First time i have exerienced that in the UK!
Stayed 3 nights in Jun 2026
