Value good for mooney close to train...i will came back

Very pleasant stay. Very helpful staff. Concierge services were great.

Nice location and close to bars and restaurants. Reasonable price for location

This is seriously the most run down Hilton I've stayed in in a long time. The showers are badly in need of update (seriously - plastic basins?) and the hotel looks like it was last updated in the 80's.

Great hotel, very pleased with my stay. The breakfast setup can not be beat. Everything fresh much better than any Hilton in the US.

Great staff, but the room was so tiny with super low ceilings.

Beds are hard and shower didn’t work properly. Staff was friendly and check in and out was easy. Probably wouldn’t stay again though.

Check in and staff very pleasant and accommodating. Nice breakfast buffet. Hotel accommodation was barely ok for a couple day business stay with my son. Twin single bed "deluxe" room much smaller then expected and uncomfortably chlostraphobic for more then one person. Wide angle photo of room on web site made it look much larger. It was a closet. Not even enough room to open two suitcases at once. I used the room phone once to check my flight home that was cancelled due to winter storm. It was a local call and I was on hold for 5 minutes with the airline. Hilton London Kensington charged my credit card $44.00 DOLLARS for the 5 minute call. No sign on the phone indicating an outrageous charge if you use the phone in room. I complained to from desk and they told me this is what they charge and if you used our phone this is what you will pay. NEVER AGAIN. Thank You.

Amazing hotel. Amazing location. Amazing staff. This hotel exceeded above and beyond my expectations. Truly, and amazing experience.

The hotel is a pleasant walk of a few blocks from the Holland Park tube stop. The street is lined with beautiful trees, and has many shops and restaurants. We had dinner at one of the restaurants, food was excellent, and breakfast at another, delicious as well. There is a small grocery store, two bakeries, a Starbucks and a deli with fresh cheeses, wine and even organic yogurt. Very enjoyable stay.

We enjoyed our stay at this hotel. We were able to check in early, have great English breakfasts each morning, and enjoy the sights of London with the ease of an underground station close by.

The front desk staff was very friendly and helpful, as was the concierge. The breakfast buffet was great as well (special order an omelet) and free for us gold members. However, they do no give gold members access to the executive lounge.

The shower was broken when I got there but I didn't know it until I was already in it. Tried to make the best of it but the head fell off and sprayed me in the face, ruining the blow out is just had done. There were hairs in the shower and towels that were not mine and the bathroom had a weird odor so I had to leave the door propped open to be able to stand it.

Breakfast was perfect. But hotel overall was not clean. Could not connect to public Wifi always force me into payed opinion

Our stay was very comfortable. The staff was friendly, efficient and knowledgeable. The location was very good for us and near where our daughter was staying for the summer. The price was very reasonable for the amenities available. All-in-all, I would recommend this hotel for the Kensington area.

Everything great, except that they tried for the 2nd time to charge for the stay, which has entirely been paid upon reservation

I spent 4 nights at the London Kensington Hotel with my boyfriend on vacation. The staff was extremely friendly and helpful. The concierge was extremely knowledgeable and the bellhop wouldn't even let us carry our bags out of the taxi we arrived in. Staff at the front desk, bar, and restaurant were extremely nice too. The room itself was bigger than we imagined. Europe hotels are known to Americans as small and this was average in size - about the same as what you'd expect in NYC. The chambermaid kept it clean and replaced towels and sheets every day. The hotel is conveniently located in between 2 tube stops on the Central line. However, they are far out towards the end of zone 2. Not in a convenient place to walk and see anything, but a quick ride to the nearest attraction. With an underground day pass, you're good to see anything and will be able to get around London quick. Definitely would stay here again and would recommend to anyone traveling to London. It is affordable compared to other hotels. However, as a chain, it lacks the London "charm" one might be looking for, but we were willing to sacrifice that for good service, safe neighborhood, and convenience.

Most enjoyable, nice friendly staff and help from all

The area was great and housekeeping was excellent. Tour services were available and at good value.
