The resort itself is beautiful. They are constantly upkeeping everything and working hard to keeping it up. The rooms are great. We stayed in Family selection 51 and it was perfect. Our butlers were attentive and helpful with booking restraunts and rides. The food is probably the worst of all inclusives weve been to. (Alot) We also had someone poop in our bathroom while we were gone- not sure if a staff member got upset or what. Then, they didnt do anything besides supposedly tell security, but it smelled and we could not figure out where it was coming from- well surprise a nice huge pile of POOP in our tub. The resort itself isn't great with communications and problems. But we had a wonderful stay despite everything else. The pools are amazing and there is a lot of activities for kids and adult's at the resort.

The grounds are beautiful. The staff friendly. The food options are absolutely horrendous even at the buffets. I question the cleanliness and food safety as most food was cold. Cockroaches & ants were abundant. I was also treated poorly by the "travel club" salespeople. Overall beautiful property but we will never return.

I’ve been choosing Grand Pallidium as the reaort for my children for nearly 10 times in 20 years. In 10 years I have visited Mexico nearly 20 times. Unforunately, this will be the last time we visit: - noisy hotel. Reported noise issues on day 2 at 3 am. Rooms are loud and acoustics are bad. We lost day 3 because we were so tired. - one bar of soap for the week stay - no shampoo on day 2 - pillow case smelled. Reported to hotel. No change. - service is confusing and inconsistent depending on whether guest have upgraded “experience”. This is one of the most disappointing part of the trip. - room selection was confusing. I wanted a garden view suite but just got garden view. I was happy to pay for upgrade but nothing offered/available. - food quality as gone down over the 10 years - shower is super crazy hazardous trying to get out unless your 7 ft tall

It was an amazing expedition for a family of 8. Everything was always clean and the butlers were very responsive in the family selection section. There were plenty of food and activities to do. However, note that lay of the activities get booked up really fast.

The staff were wonderful. The premises were beautiful - nice beach and pools. The food and drinks were great. There was more to do than we could fit in the trip. Would recommend.

We totally enjoyed our stay. The only downside was that an electric vehicle wouldn’t show up on time (it happened two times), so we’d go the lobby and catch it from there instead. Once our rooms wouldn’t get cleaned up and bed sheets were changed only once after we asked our butler for help. But these are minor inconveniences, otherwise we loved our stay a lot!

We had a great stay at Grand Palladium Kantenah Resort. The resort itself is very good, and we were pleasantly surprised with a VIP upgrade, which made a noticeable difference. The Family Selection beach area was especially nice — less crowded and more comfortable. Overall food quality was good, although the desserts could definitely be better. During our stay we booked three à la carte restaurants. La Paisana and Sumptuori (teppanyaki tables) were both very good. Portofino, however, was a bit disappointing. The service was good, but the food didn’t live up to what we expected from an Italian restaurant. Overall, we really enjoyed our stay and would definitely recommend this resort, especially if you can get the Family Selection or VIP upgrade.

Our tv didn’t work when we tried to watch it. We called 3 times to have it fixed. After over an hour someone came but didn’t speak English. Left answer never seen anyone after that. The tv was never fixed. At over $600 for a night I wouldn’t think a tv should have been an issue

The cleanliness of the resort was very good. Most of the food was wonderful, with a couple of exceptions. We did not enjoy portofino. But we loved the Brazilian restaurant. Our butler Karen was absolutely wonderful. The bar staff was very good. There were times when service was fantastic at meals and times when it is not so great.
