I was warmly welcomed upon arrival at Copper Point. The staff were friendly and accommodating, and the young woman who handled my check-in, although new to the role was exceptionally professional and thorough. I sincerely hope she continues to be part of the team for a long time.
The Sunday brunch was a highlight—delicious food paired with excellent service made for a very enjoyable experience.
However, my experience with the pool and hot tub area was quite disappointing. While I understand these amenities are open to all hotel guests, I was unable to enjoy them at all. From 4 PM to 10 PM, the hot tub was consistently overcrowded, with the same group occupying it the entire time, leaving no space for others. The indoor and outdoor pools were also full of families and children, and all deck chairs were taken, leaving no place to sit or even leave personal items. I found this inconsiderate behavior from other guests unfortunate and believe a bit more awareness and courtesy could significantly improve the experience for everyone.
Additionally, the room I stayed in was extremely noisy. Despite notifying the front desk, the disturbances, including loud conversations, banging, and jumping, continued well into the early hours of the morning. Hallway noise and lack of consideration from other guests made it very difficult to relax or sleep.
This was my first stay at Copper Point, and while there were a few positives, the overall experience did not meet my expectations unfortunately
