Good for the price.

The room was a great value. The room was clean and staff were very friendly. I was surprised by the size of our suite. It was nice to have a kitchenette . My only issue i had was stepping into the room. There was a sign saying to watch your step to the side of the door, but when opening the door you dont realy notice it. It would be better if they placed it onto the door.

Unkind and unwelcoming, wouldn’t speak a language I don’t know while invading my room after I booked another night completely ridiculous serves and room and bed bugs found in the room then only refunded half my deposit while i still made all the beds and had the room completely clean

Very nice property with friendly staff. The room I stayed in had a kitchenette with a sink, fridge, microwave, and oven/stovetop. TV worked well. The property has a bit of a unique layout but is in a great location. The only drawbacks were the walls were a bit thin so at times I could hear people next door (although I did sleep okay with no problems), and the hot water in the shower took a long time to come through. I did let the receptionist know about this. Would I stay again? Yes, I would. Overall I was quite happy.

The room was great (especially for the discounted price) and the area was lovely, just a few minutes walk to the beach/lake and shops etc. One of the cabinet doors in the kitchen was broken and needs to be fixed, but the only real downside was the staff, unfortunately. They were very unfriendly and didn’t seem to care about the guests at all, they barely even making eye contact when I arrived. And even with having a longer stay (2 weeks) they never once came by to service my room or change the sheets.

had a terrible experience at this hotel. The service was absolutely awful – the staff were unhelpful and unprofessional.What made it even worse was their cancellation policy. I needed to cancel my reservation due to an emergency, and they refused to offer any flexibility or refund, despite my situation. I will never stay here again, and I strongly advise anyone looking for a hassle-free experience to choose another hotel. Poor customer service and unfair policies are a huge deal-breaker.
