I LOVED this property for its location and pool. Overall great experience BUT the pans and utensils were very well loved and had metal / plastic bits coming off into my food when I cooked and the door handle was very hard to unlock. I was okay as I’m young and able bodied but anyone elderly would struggle greatly. Overall amazing hotel but just needs some minor low cost fixes to make it amazing!

Repeated guest here, as away from town centre, but easy to get around. Comfortable beds. Right on river, grass grounds, chairs, patio, bbqs. some rooms with view or balcony. Good breakfast, easy parking. Rooms have been updated to good standard.

Perfect for what we were looking for, quite dated but I think we had an older room. Beds and pillows were very comfy and laundry was handy. Kitchen was well stocked and bbqs were great. Pool was nice. Very close to canal float entrance and the beach. It’s a Motel that Reflects the price but offers enough good qualities to make you want to come back. They could definitely improve on the cleanliness with some extra attention to detail.

Outdoor area is ok. Our 2 bedroom with a kitchenette was too cramped to be comfortable with 4 people. Bathroom needs a reno. Bedding wasnt nice, towels were threadbare. Front desk staff were pretty nice. I wouldnt stay here again, and cant recommend it.
