Friendly, clean and comfortable

The staff are so friendly and helpful. Breakfast was great - lots of choices and something new every day. Room was clean and comfortable. The hotel and courtyard are very nice.

Dated hotel but clean and comfortable.

All the staff I encountered was amazing (shout out Stacey!). The rooms are dated but comfortable. My sheets and a towel had some staining but nothing crazy. My first room has a trap door to the attic that was not locked which freaked me out (room 211), but Stacey was kind and quickly transferred me to another room. Room 204 was great aside from the AC blew directly on you when in bed. Unfortunately there’s no “fan only” option so I’d wake up when AC kicked on and was freezing. I turned the temp up the next night but it would still kick on. I think the bed needs to be on the opposite wall (also not looking at the door in bed, then). Breakfast was excellent, hot breakfast with continental options.

This is an excellent property. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful. The rooms and property were very clean and the breakfast was a nice added touch. We will definitely be booking here again next year.

Nice room, clean and quiet. Property is very close to town, shopping, dining, the beaches and parks. Bed was comfortable. We didn't have the breakfast, so can't say how it was. Our Keurig didn't work the first morning, but they fixed it for us during the day. The toilet, however, dripped water 24/7, and the valve ran about every 60 seconds. That didn't get fixed but it was a minor annoyance. All in all, a good stay and would recommend.

There is a lot to do at the property and the breakfast was great. We would recommend a lower floor if available as you can walk right out to the pools and bbqs and the other grounds. It’s a bit pricy but will probably stay there again.

I've been staying at this property for the last 3 years in a row. The rooms are showing their age and in need of a significant renovation - it didn't bother us much in the past but now for the price it's definitely not worth it, even a higher end resort costing more than double is looking like a bargain.
