The outside of the "resort" is run down, the pool is NOT heated as their sign states, there was black mould all over the bathroom, it stunk, the blinds were broken, we had to put a towel in the window for privacy, terrible stay, would not recommend and I have pictures and will ve contacting BC Interior Health Services, definitely will be requesting some compensation, nit worth $200 a night, id gauge about $60 a night and a mould warning

Staff were very friendly and accommodating. Carmello was awesome checking us in. Location was perfect. Pool was not heated, very cold. Room was what you would expect for the price. Nice to have options (different hotels with different price points).

For the most part it was a quiet motel. Unfortunately there is always that one guest that doesn't care, not the Motels fault. The bed was a little hard for my back, but that's about the only thing I had trouble with. Nice place, good people.

We were a group of 8 with 4 rooms. Rooms were dirty with cobwebs and spiderwebs all along the ceiling and window sill. Some beds comfortable some were not. Location is awesome. Staff were great. Easy check in and check out.

Great area and bed but the check in time was delayed to 5:30 pm. Expedia said 2 pm and when we arrived the front desk said 4 pm… then the rooms still were not cleaned until 5:30 pm

Decent little motel literally 50 feet from gorgeous okanagan lake beach. Our suite had an amazing lake biew as it was on the second floor facing the beach. Room was clean, had a full kitchenette. Mattress wasn’t the best but heard good reviews on the sofa bed. Definitely bring extra pillows unless you like to sleep on a single pancake pillow. I asked for extra and was told they weren’t available. The property is nice and well maintained with multiple BBQ’s available for use. Pool was decent but was unheated.

Room wasn't ready until after 6pm. Even then the floors weren't cleaned properly, the two towels we got were old and tired, the bed was horrible quality with the mattress sunken in on one side. Terrible experience and completely not worth it. The pictures here do not reflect what we got at all.
