The first room we were given was already occupied. The second room was not available. The third room was successful, however the window blind did not cover the bottom 4 or 5". The T.V. wasn't working - Found that the HDMI cable was disconnected.

Hotel is dated. First room was not cleaned but they quickly moved us to a new room. No toilet paper etc but again they were quick to remediate.

Great location as there is a paved walkway and sandy beach for swimming right across the road. Property is older and dated but it's hard to beat the location, especially at the price which is very reasonable.

Quality was poor. Sofa bed white stains. Drawers filthy, bed in bad shape very very flat, pillows were so small they looked and felt like t-shirts inside pillow case. Over all .. was a rough stay.. but then again easy on the wallet.

It is very affordable which is reflected the room. Sheets were well worn, blinds were missing chunks, lamps didn't work. I forgot my headphones behind and they held them until someone could get them for me.

Great place to stay. The kitchenette was good with a full sized fridge and cooking stove. They have a pool However, it was not heated despite what the sign said.

Its walkable to everything.. The front staff is very unfriendly.. Not welcoming at all. When I checked in, i greeted her nicely but no response, took my payment and gave me the room keys.. Didnt even gave me the wifi password.. I thought it may be available in the room but isnt. I didnt manage to go back and askes as I dont want to deal with her anymore.. such a negative vibe. The properly itself is old and smell old as you enter the room, however, good customer service can make up for it.. On check out, same lady manning the office, I greeted good morning, she greeted me back with her eyes glued to her computer.. I said Im checking out took my keys and thats it.. We have been coming back to Penticton every year.. This is our first time at this property and we will never come back.. I will not recommend it to my friends either.

I think they need to sweep the patio on the upstairs close to the door so sand doesn’t keep getting into the room. Also, there’s a lot of cobwebs. Otherwise, the rooms are clean. The staff are great.

The motel is older and the staff have done a great job to maintain it. The location is amazing right across from the beach. That’s what sold us! We got a free upgrade without asking and the staff were very friendly and very accommodating. Highly recommend for a summer destination
