The staff at this property were extremely helpful and polite. The property was immaculate. Very friendly group working here. For a small property, it was very well situated. No pool or hot tub but we didn't notice. Rooms were comfortable.

Our Amazing Stay at Coast Parksville
Everything from check-in to check-out was just amazing! When we were checking in, our room was upgraded free of charge, the room was very clean and spacious, lounge service offered complementary hot beverages, and to our surprise, the hotel offered complementary mini golf at Paradise Mini Golf just across the street. I would highly recommend this place!!

At reception we were told we were upgraded but we went from a single queen to two Queens for just 2 people. The room was small and had much less room as there were 2 beds. Very misleading and definitely not an upgrade. Our previous experience had one bed and a much larger room. Disappointed with this stay.
