The suite was spotless and equipped with everything we needed to make our week long stay in Parksville enjoyable. Beds were very comfy. Two couples enjoyed each having our own ensuites. If we needed anything, property manager provided it within minutes. Great, affordable home away from home.

Very nice townhouse resort; was quiet (stayed at end of Feb), convenient location with a vehicle, included parking spot close to front door; clean throughout with all amenities we needed including a washer & dryer; nicely appointed & decorated; very comfortable king bed with good pillows & quality bed linens, bath linens new & good quality; nice layout, spacious unit; bedrooms upstairs, quiet, private, ocean view & sunrise from primary bedroom but also good window coverings so could be as bright as you wished. Ocean view from living room & balcony/patio-spacious with furniture; friendly neighbours; walkable resort. Host was responsive; easy booking & checkin/out; we would stay again; recommended.

The amenities were in good condition. We had a bit of trouble with the door lock system but the neighbour showed us how it worked. So no problem after that. Andrew was very accommodating with our special request for arrival a couple hours early. We were undergoing a reno in our Parksville home and needed something close by to rent. Everything worked out well.

Memorable family vacation

We walked in and the townhouse was absolutely beautiful. It was clean and tastefully decorated it had everything we could’ve needed salad bowls, barbeque items frying pans it was honestly perfect so close to the beach for the kids to come up and down and the pool was great. Nice lawn chairs that we could lay in and watch the kids. The pool was open till late, which was wonderful because we went back around 9 o’clock every evening for a hot tub. The kids spent their days back-and-forth from the pool back home back to the beach. The beds were very comfortable, equipped with nice sheets and blankets. The air conditioning in the unit was great as it was pretty hot outside. We had such a great time we want to rebook for next year.

We had a great stay - the place is great. However cleaning was not great- you could see dust that had been missed on bedroom furniture and the secondary bathroom toilet was not wiped clean. Minimal supply of toilet paper, hand soap and garbage bags.

All We Hoped!

We had a fantastic 5- day stay. We loved the accommodation, the location, the accessibility - generally loved everything. We were hoping for a great place, close to or overlooking the ocean, spaces to walk and explore and convenient access to dining. All turned out!

Nice stay

New condo nice amenities very clean. Construction all day right outside the back , can be loud if trying to sleep in. No view. Beach access is the next resort over so plan on driving or about 10 minute walk. Overall fine stay but there may be better options around. There is free coffee at the main resort that was not communicated so we bought grounds for the coffee maker. Wifi and cable options great. Beds are very comfortable.
