This is a completely renovated house 1/4 mile from the entrance to JMU. Plenty of room for up to 8 guests. Plenty of parking and a spacious back yard and deck. This house is probably the closest house you can find to JMU, located just off Port Republic Rd. Walking distance to campus, restaurants, and there is a beautiful park down the street. This house is practically new and has everything you need for a great stay.

Great location and spotless!

Stayed her for a long weekend, Visiting our daughter. Awesome location to campus, walking distance the house was lovely very newly remodeled has a nice back porch that is tree covered the grill worked great, beads and pillows were very comfortable! overall it was an awesome location and would stay again when visiting JMU!!
