"There were so many negative things about this hotel, and this experience that I can write about. I guess if you’re a 20 year-old and on spring break, the rooms would be fine but the rooms were not fine very dirty. I would not recommend this hotel to anyone. I also had a tough time after I got checked in. They said they would call me when my room is ready. I received no calls when I tried calling. I was on hold for 30 minutes till I finally hung up. Had to wait in line just to get my keys so I probably could’ve gotten in my room for at least an hour and a half before like I said overall terrible experience. The staff was fine. It wasn’t really them. Most of it was because they’re stuck in the Stone Age and they have to write in everything."
