Overall a great stay. Definitely a young kid friendly hotel catered to the pool amentities. Beach access is in a very awkward spot and the two other access points are chained/locked. Breakfast was a huge variety for hot and cold options. Staff kept it stocked and clean. Front desk staff was curtious and knowledgeable. Cleaning ladies were prompt and friendly. Booking DID NOT mention parking fee of $20 a day, not a fun surprise at check in. Very crowded and loud from 8am-11pm. Got a family suite but bunkbeds did not come with blankets (had to request at front desk). Bathroom had tons of room but no place to hang towels. Parking is underground and limited, however outside spots available. Underground parking smelled so bad (like rotting trash) we parked outside but you have to walk through to get to outside parking and the smell was worse everytime! Not a 5 star destination and a 4 is being nice. Facility was clean, lots of amenities, good breakfast, and staff was friendly so a 4 fits as 3 is too low. Wouldnt book again though as our kids are teenagers and the movies/pool was meant for younger children ages 5-10.

The bill was wrong the young lady had put $700 on the MasterCard and which addressed her about it and she dismissed it and said it was a third party. So then I sat for a while and thought about it looked it over and decided to talk to another lady and she fixed it and took it off I had already paid for everything included all the property taxes. She was short with me the first Lady

Our room was very dirty. We found bedbugs in our bed. Our room was cleaned twice and the floors were always wet. The walls and ceilings in the room were in terrible condition - the paint was peeling off. Someone was constantly pooped in the pool and the pool was closed for cleaning. The air conditioner was very noisy. The beach is very clean and beautiful. Very convenient exit from the hotel to the beach. There are a lot of parking spaces, the underground parking stinks very much, as there are garbage bins there!

Great Family Spot on the Beach!

There is no better value on the beach! Perfect for a family vacation. Nice spacious rooms. Quick access to the sand. Fun lazy river. Great bar with tasty frozen drinks. Also, we made a giant mess in the freezer (accidentally left a coke inside and it exploded). The manager was super cool about it and took care of us.
