The staff is courteous, friendly and accommodating no matter where you are in the hotel. The room was clean and ready well before check-in time. Plenty of entertainment for the family throughout the day. The common areas are clean and well maintained. Would definitely recommend to my friends and family. We will be coming back.

Just like always we had an amazing few days at the PCB IHG! They take such good care of the facilities and people work non stop cleaning and taking care of things... but what makes the place is the people.. super friendly and helpful...besides having the best spot on the beach the pools are great too ! We had an 8th floor room with super comfortable beds and you can see forever from the top floors.. close to all the dining options too and the tips we got, for spots to eat from the girl at the front desk were perfect .. they also have a really good hot breakfast that has something for everyone... great location, nice facilities and great people !! We definitely will be back ...
