The property itself is nice and clean, the room we stayed in reeked of mildew. We booked this specifically for the free breakfast because we had children and they did not keep it stocked. Both times we went down for breakfast they ran out of almost everything and were very slow to restock it. One morning they didn’t do it at all. When you asked them to restock, it was like a huge bother and made you feel bad for asking. That was the biggest issue I had while there.
I have stayed at this property 2 times in the past, before COVID restrictions, so there has been changes. I like the hotel, its clean, quiet, and not too big. (4 floors) However, they basically have NO housekeeping. They tell you if you want your room cleaned, you have to request it. I did just that, and my room wasnt cleaned. I was then told the reason my room wasnt serviced was because you have to request for cleaning 24 HOURS IN ADVANCE. Consequently, I had no clean towels. Then I went to the desk to request towels and they said they didnt have any. SAY WHAT??? NO TOWELS AT A HOTEL?? I never experienced this before. I finally had to complain to the Manager, who by the way, is not on property regularly, and I was able to get my room serviced the day before I went home. My stay was 5 days. My trash was overflowing in my room, no housekkeeping, no towels. Dont know i I will stay here again. The front desk personnel didnt seem to have the proper skills to resolve customer complaints, and Im not usually one to complain.

Got charged $150 I try to speak to manager who was rude more or less called me a liar said we smoked in the room.which so untrue if u check camera u will see how often went out by the pool my daughter went out At 4 in the morning to smoke
No hot water in the shower?
Close to Conservation Park. 4:00 check-in was a later than most.
We had issues with the shower. They did send someone to fix it right away.

Not much of a pet walk area. Ice machines didn’t work on 3rd or 4th floor.
