My experience
The hallways were 90 degrees to ge to the room. My ac in the room looked like it was about to fall apart. The room was hot the entire time. The ac unit made hellacious noises. Needs to be replaced. The water pressure was terrible and my room never got serviced while I was there. Also the first night there was nowhere to park in site either.

Shower curtain was gross and didnt close causing a large amount of water on the floor. Asked for help cleaning it up and no response. Refrigerator leaked. Vent on aircontioner was busted up. Requested more towels and nothing. Couches in lobby was stained. Chair in room was stained. We could'nt wait to leave.

Worse customer service I have ever experienced. If La Quinta is hiring people like this, I will never be back to any of their hotels. I used to think they were really good. Not anymore. That was a direct representation of their company.

Booked online for a pet friendly hotel. Paid in full then upon check in was charged an additional 25 dollars for bringing a pet. We showed up around 2 pm and were told check in is not until 4pm. At 4pm at least 10 people have checked in, I’m being told my room is not ready yet. Finally around 4:20pm she allows us to check in. She tells me I had to wait so long because I have a pet. If you don’t want pets in your hotel don’t advertise it. The room didn’t even have a shower liner in it. The hotel was dirty, and staff was rude and nasty. I will never be back nor would I ever recommend anyone to this hotel.
