"If you want to be bombarded by timeshare sales this is your spot. There was open electrical wires taped together under the pool bar. Bartender on the first night was the unbelievable rude to another guest then another bartender came out and was the exact same to me when I questioned him about the drink he made. Kids pool doesn’t open till after 9am…the adult pool is open sooner. "

"Beautiful resort! But… it needs much improvement. If your (African American) this property will not cater to you at all. I had to call on many different occasions to clean the room or ask for towels. Some staff were semi aggressive from asking basic things. Having traveled to other countries, we’d expect vacation service, not al la carte service as everyone expected a tip for basic things. Don’t think I would take my family here again. It’s also very far from the airport. "
