The food at the buffet breakfast, that you paid for was cold. The floors in my room were stained. the heat lamp in my bathroom did not work. The restaurant food was below average and the selection on the menu very limited. Overall, this place did not look like the pictures and was not as upscale as I had expected. The place is old and needs a remodel.

What a nice surprise! Everything was super clean and the family greatly enjoyed the huge arcade room with arcades, pool tables and bowling and we enjoyed the lounge and restaurant. Very nice spacious layout and hotel. Very nice and unexpected.

This was a very nice place to stay, with fun activities available. We stayed here for our trip to the Grand Canyon, and it was a short drive to the South Rim. The only downside was that the restaurant didn’t have many dinner options. Overall, it was a nice hotel, beautifully decorated for the holidays, and the staff were friendly.

I found a cup of old fountain drink on our room window sill but not a big issue. I also found that one k-cup coffee was missing from the holder which I called the staff right away. They responded and gave me more k-cups coffee promptly. The hot tub is hot but what we all enjoyed most is the arcade! One down thing is I found that the hotel charged me $55.46 instead of $50 from what Expedia told me that I would be charged at the property.

The hotel was decorated for Christmas. Lots of lights outside, lobby was so cute and fresh logs on the fire made it feel very cozy and inviting. They even had smores outside at the fire pits for the guests. We had breakfast at the buffet and it was pretty good. The drive to the Grand Canyon entrance was only about 10 minutes. Great location in town near food and the general store.
