El Ho Hum East es una hermosa casa en el lago con un muelle privado en el prístino Apple Canyon Lake. La casa lleva el nombre en honor a mis abuelos que dirigían el Motel Ho Hum en Denison, Iowa :)

¡Este es un lugar para relajarse, desestresarse y divertirse en familia! La casa cuenta con todos los colchones nuevos y puede alojar hasta 12 personas. Amplio espacio de estar abierto que es ideal para el entretenimiento, ENORME envolvente alrededor de la cubierta donde se puede disfrutar de increíbles vistas del lago, así como un gran patio con parrilla de gas.

Encanto de la casa del lago con todas las comodidades que necesita para hacer un fin de semana memorable. Muelle privado es ideal para nadar o pescar. La casa también tiene un bote de remos de 4 asientos y un kayak de pie que se puede utilizar. Habrá un pozo de fuego a partir del 1 de mayo. Este es un lago privado, por lo que no puede traer su propio bote, pero hay un alquiler de bote disponible a través del puerto deportivo, o puede reservar un viaje en bote de 2 horas a través de mí.

Excellent place to stay

We really enjoyed this very clean house. Kids and I loved playing in the water none stop. Went to the pool one day and all were happy with the diving board. Nice evening sitting by the water with a fire going. Thank you for a great time.

Perfect getaway

This place was perfect for our getaway! Property manager was amazing, explained everything, checked on how our stay was, the house was so clean, everything was very well stocked, and let’s not forget the amazing views of the lake and the amazing patio on the lake! I would most certainly go back here! Our group had so much fun!

Last minute weekend get away

My family and I decided to have a great weekend get away before our son graduates from high school and embarks on his next stage of Life. The cabin was fantastic, everything was even better than expected. The host was great to communicate with, we look forward to staying there again.

Beautiful Lake Home

I rented this property for a girls weekend with a few friends. The property is beautiful and the home is cozy and well stocked with everything we needed. We drove to the waterfall nearby, definitely a must see if you stay here.

Overall great property and house!

The house and property were great! The only thing was there was construction going on in the yard by the lake. The property manager was quick to answer our concerns and did refund us for the two hours we couldn’t use the lake access due to the construction. Overall a really great house and property!

Beautiful home on Apple Canyon Lake

The house was in a great spot for us as we have family with a home at Apple Canyon but they couldn’t accommodate all the relatives , we were only 6 minutes away from them so easy to go back and forth. Nice quite part of the lake. The house was well equipped and they had many water toys to use. The girls enjoyed the paddle board . It was nice swimming off the pier . When we were there it was extremely hot and humid and the only complaint would be the bedroom in the loft gets really hot . They did provide fans which helped. They were having landscaping done but it didn’t affect our stay. We enjoyed the beautiful view from the deck. They had a nice information board in the house with everything we needed to know .

We had been at this the previous year and picked this specific property out due to its private dock and lake front since we have small grandchildren. There was no dock and no access to the lake from this property and the owner was unaware of this. He graciously let us use another dock but was not suitable for small children due to large rocks and slippery getting in and out for our grandchildren so very disappointed in that regard. I do not think that $500 per night should be charged since there was no lake access. That was the whole point of renting this specific property....have a dock with a ladder for small children to get in and out.
