Tucked away on a quiet cul-de-sac, this third row from the ocean property is the perfect vacation rental for family and friends that love spending time at the beach! This 3 Bedroom and 2.5 Bathroom home is cozy and inviting and decorated with classic coastal touches. The bed sizes include: 2 Queens, 2 Twins and a Twin Trundle Bed. Linens are provided with beds made. Only a short walk to the beach access makes this property an ideal location to enjoy your stay on the Crystal Coast! Entertain your family and friends in the spacious living areas and enjoy a private sitting area in the master bedroom. This master bedroom addition is full of windows to let the sun in and enjoy an afternoon of relaxation. The open and covered decks are great for enjoying the sunset or drinking your morning coffee and planning your daily activities. The kitchen is equipped with your cooking needs for your group to gather for meals and spend quality time after a day of fun in the sun. The top level seating area overlooks the ocean and is a wonderful part of the house to enjoy as a bonus room in the house. There is an elevator to make unpacking a breeze! Amenities include: Central air & heat, Hot & cold enclosed outside shower, Dishwasher, Washer & dryer, Microwave, Water softener, 5 TVs with streaming capability, Elevator, and Wireless internet. This property rents on a weekly basis only from Sunday to Sunday. No smoking, no pets.

Comfy Beach Stay

Had a wonderful week at Beach Hill. Clean, comfortable, close to the beach and well equipped, this is definitely one of our favorite EI beach houses. The rooftop room and 360 deg deck was a game changer and a beautiful spot to hang out!
