The overnight desk clerk was consistently rude and unhelpful. Housekeeping is provided only on Thursdays, and staff do not remove trash or clean rooms between guests. The condition of the linens is uncertain, and there is no assurance they are properly laundered. Overall, the property falls far below basic hotel standards and more closely resembles a low-quality motel. I do not recommend staying here.

Joel honorary our conversation in person, about leaving my car in the hotel parking lot, for free, I do call before I book it by phone with a lady named Jolene she did say the same thing I can leave my car in the parking lot for free…. (I had a experience in another hotel near by when I call said yes you can leave your car but when I arrived every one that was attending the hotel said no you have to pay 12.00 per day ) the attendant person in the early morning said the same thing that I had to pay 15.00 per day to leave my car at Mangous hotel.. then I said I spoke to Joel he said when I arrived yesterday I can leave my car for free…. Why are this attendant persons are asking for these charges…it should be an investigation….

Everywhere smells like weed, room was gross, stains on the bed and towels. There was blood on the bath rug. Holes in the wall. I didn't even risk the very limited breakfast they had. The lame tile waterfalls by the front door is such a hazard. It's surrounded with signs that its wet and slippery. Wifi didn't work. Some outlets didnt work. And the door didnt lock fully. When i asked there was nothing they could do they said. The deadbolt was broken of the door. My body was so itchy from the bed.

Clean, spartan hotel. Friendly staff. Hotel could use a fresh coat of paint and some minor maintenance improvements, but the value price gave me what I paid for, and I was pleased with my overall wonderful experience. I look forward to many stays at Magnuson hotel in the future!
