So I was not able to check into my room yesterday after I came here from Orlando once I got here to check-in the power was out. I asked about having a free night which it's well deserved, because I was not able to check-in until 6 o'clock. I had to wait outside in the rain because of the power outage. And when I was finally able to check-in the room, I got was not the best room. It's not clean as well as the carpet is dirty. today Tuesday , I asked about changing my room The guy at the front desk, the older guy was rude he act like didn't want to change my room when he could have done that. It's not that hard if a customer has a problem with their room, it should not be hard to change their room. Doesn't matter what time it is as long as you have vacancies, it should not be that hard.He said he had vacancies. But told me he could not change my room. Which they have done before, I don't see why you could not change my room. the service from him is horrible. I repeatedly asked him to change my room as they did before it should not be an issue and it should not be a problem. He told me to wait to change my room in the morning, which is very inconvenient because I have to work. Early morning, so I cannot wait to change my room in the morning.
And as I recall about customer service, the customer is always right. This is very disappointing. I would hate to get service from him again. And if I do I hope to see improvements
