Rooms were immaculate! Staff was pleasant and accommodating. Spoke to Eulisa over the phone earlier. Driving in from Illinois and all the stresses that day. We happened to stay during a very cold snowstorm. The parking lots were plowed throughout the storm which made parking easy. There were numerous luggage carts at the front entrance which allowed us to easily move our luggage to our room. The desk staff were friendly and knowledgeable. Our room was very quiet. We could not hear any other guests or hallway traffic.
