We came here in December and it was great. We decided to rebook because the pool is very cool even though the property needs some maintenance done. We got here last night to realize that the pool was not operable, and it still was not today by checkout time. Nothing was stated on their websites the pool was down. If I would’ve known the pool was down, we would not have booked at this hotel.
