Checked in Saturday evening about 5pm. No one at front desk. Had a bell to hit for assistance. Maritsia finally came out of a back room, Cardi B. loudly playing from the room. No smile, no welcome, very non friendly. Worst check in experience I’ve ever had. No signage at all regarding location of ice machines. Came down from 4th floor and asked front desk, again hitting the bell for assistance. She said ice machines are in the stairwell on each floor. Went back up to our floor but ours was broke. Has to go down to 3rd floor to get ice. Dirty carpet in the hallways, lots of areas needing paint touch-up. Windows in room were old and no insulation from road noise. Don’t recommend.

Overall, our stay was good. The bathroom door and hotel door close really hard and you physically had to slam the doors to make them close. I didnt like this at all. The bed was comfortable. Breakfast was nice to have each morning.
