When you walk into the office it reeks of incense. They really overdid it. You can even smell incense down the hallway and in your room. The room was somewhat clean. There was some stains on the bed. Black spots which could have possibly been bed bug spots. The TV didn't work. The breakfast was okay. The Belgian waffles tasted better than the American inn by Wyndham on 97th and Dodge. The hot food included hard boiled eggs and cold sausage. The coffee was good it was Folgers. I will never stay there again just because of the smell. Other than that everything was okay. If I was to suggest this hotel I would suggest getting a room on the second or third floor

The motel is very rundown, the bathroom was filled with dust from Sanding plaster after patching up a light fixture that have been ripped out and not replaced. Black hairs covered the entirety of the bedsheets, and the pillow was stained with makeup. The walls are very thin, the people in the room next to me were very high on meth, and powwowed in the parking lot about where they were going to score the next morning before they took off on their bicycles. The hotel allows smoking, so be prepared for the odor. I booked a six night stay, I left after the first night, they did refund me the unpaid nights which was very appreciated.

The Check-In = horrible because this place is run by people from India who are so new to the USA they do not even understand spoken English 🙄 - let alone the basics of the USA hotel business. The hallways stunk of musty mildew odor. This because the plumbing leaks in the rooms. I stepped in wet carpeting in the room! And! They scam people out of money on Refunds when not staying the entire number ofvreserved nights! I had to file a State Attorney General Consumer Complaint against them because they hang up the phone. They hang up on customers because they do not b understand spoken English!

I wasn't even able to check in because the front desk man was completely unresponsive on the couch in the lobby, I assume due to drug use, due to the immediate surroundings, and the type of people in the parking lot. No amount of yelling "hello" or ringing the bell in his face would wake him up. I almost called 911, but I just wanted to get out of there. I ended up having to book a completely different hotel.
