I have been going to Cocoa Beach for over 40 years. Have always wanted to stay at The Inn and finally did. Quaint and lovely property with excellent staff! Everyone was friendly (front desk, breakfast staff, maintenance that walked by greeted me as did housekeeping) Delicious muffin and quiche for breakfast. Wine and cheese complimentary at 5pm was nice. Steps from the beach and great balcony view. We will be back!

We stayed for 3 nights before our cruise. Excellent staff and they all are very nice. Lots of nice extra places around the complex to sit and relax. The pool is very well care for. Secure beach access and they will provide free folding chairs. The rooms are very clean. The place was more than i expected for the price. We will stay here at the Inn at CB every time we come to the area. Again, I just cant say enough about how nice and accommodating the staff is because Im a people person and thats important to me.

Breakfast was homemade and fresh every day. I would have liked a wardrobe but there was a few coat hangers to hand some clothes. Bed was very comfortable. The staff were friendly free cheese and wine for an hour every night, nice touch as you got to chat to other guests.

The entire premise was beautiful and spotless. Special treats like fresh baked cookies and a wine and cheese snacks really added to our stay. The grounds are beautiful and offer cozy places to sit and relax, The location is excellent and within walking distance to restaurants and stores.

Hotel was close enough to see blast off from NASA. There was one scheduled but got scrubbed due to weather. The hotel was clean and the staff going the extra mile.

Wine and cheese at 5, beautiful grounds and rooms, breakfast was amazing every morning. Beach chairs, towels and umbrellas all available. Two parrots have their on perches at The Inn and come and go as they please. All of the amenities were free of charge. Two little dogs also live at The Inn. They are 15 years old. One cannot hear and the other cannot see but they are adorable. The only thing we did not have was a refrigerator in the room but we knew that and brought our yeti cooler. I could go on and on about The Inn but you have to go and experience this for yourself. Should add that the staff was amazing!
