Beyond the beauty of the hotel itself, the service couldn’t be better. Everyone was kind, patient and went out of their way for my wife’s birthday celebration. I could go on and on. I wish I knew all their names. Omar in particular is wonderful. Not to mention, it’s located within walking distance of all that downtown has to offer. The rooms are very spacious and so well appointed. It makes you want to move in. Big thanks to all the The Peninsula Chicago!
