Nice Hotel close to Restaurants, convenience stores, shops, bars and Wrigley Field; all within walking distance.

We had a great time this past weekend! We could walk to Wrigley Park for the Cubs game in 15-20 minutes. The neighborhood was very family friendly, with most walking their dogs (I love dogs!). We felt very comfortable walking at night and enjoying all the surroundings. Many fabulous restaurants to choose from and Starbucks just down the block. The hotel staff was very helpful and friendly. The hot tub was awesome! The room was spacious and very clean. My only complaint- the sausage for breakfast was just OK, but I thought everything else was delicious! If we ever get the opportunity to return, we would certainly stay here again. Thanks again!

Nice hotel. Above average breakfast. Zero problems with asking for an extra hour to check out.

Enjoyed the outdoor entrance area. Took advantage of the tables and chairs and the flowers & fountain. If you needed anything from the drug store or wanted to get a bite to eat, watch sports and have a drink everything was within walking distance. Close to Wrigley field which is why I chose this location. Nice whirlpool and sauna. After a long day of walking it was well needed to sooth sore legs,

Upon arrival we were greeted by Chaya, who was very nice and eager to get us checked in. During the check in process, it was discovered that Orbitz hadn't sent our confirmation numbers to the hotel. After contacting Orbitz (which was a pain in the ass), both Chaya and Susy worked for 45 minutes attempting to rectify the situation, while checking in other customers. They were courteous, patient and finally got us booked in (no thanks to Orbitz). They secured two rooms and were treated well by the staff. The rooms were clean and comfortable and you can't beat the location. I wanna again thank Susy and Chaya for being patient while they worked through the problem of getting us our rooms at the rate we were initially promised through Orbitz.

everything was great, enjoyed the breakfast every morning.

I like the neighborhood and the boutique feel of this place. Parking is right next door too!

very nice hotel and very friend staff. very clean rooms.

The housekeeping manager charged my credit card 57’dollars for “damaged sheets” when asked I could see this alleged damaged sheet. Her story changed and said it was from odor from under the sink. I asked about seeing the report and asked what gave her the right to charge anyone’s credit card especially since she wasn’t for sure why. She was supposed To send me an email with the report. 4 days later and I’m still waiting.

Very comfortable stay and nice staff. Close to downtown and nice eating places nearby.

The hotel staff was very friendly & knowledgeable regarding the area. The room was comfortable, the shower had very hot water & there was a medium sized mini fridge to store drinks & snacks. The hotel is perfectly placed if you're looking to be near Wrigley or the north side area. It's within walking distance of all one would need - stadium, great restaurants & bars, grocery store, walking path on Lake Michigan, etc. I'd highly recommend this option.

Great location for Chicago Cubs ballgames. Excellent staff and spacious rooms. Will go back again.

Wooden floors are loud and dangerous (sharp edges). Halls and entrances have a horrid smell. Breakfast is the same nasty food everyday with the only hot food including waffles, eggs and sausage. PARKING IS A RIP-OFF. We stayed 4 nights but had to pay parking for 5 nights ($40 each) because we went over 3 hours. We didn't even use in and out option. Parking garage staff was very rude and unprofessional. Housekeeping does a poor job servicing the room. It seems they get them in and out leaving little time to do a good job. No accessible plugs by the bed. Suite is way overpriced for the poor quality. Shower head rusting and other one falling off. Water pressure is very high and it's not adjustable. Windows look nice but let in too much light and sounds. Walls are thin - can hear other rooms, hallway and outside. Staff was just okay - nothing special. Fitness and jacuzzi area also have a bad odor that made me nauseous.

Really liked the casual, homey layout, tucked into a lively neighborhood with lots of restaurants and bars within easy walking distance. The room was immaculate and very comfortable. The staff was friendly and helpful. My only complaint, and it might be out of the hotel's control, is the obscene amount charged for parking. Aside from that, I would stay again and recommend to friends and family.

also the staff member made our night when he gave us some backstage passes to a concert we were there for...love this hotel

Well this place close to everything great staff definitely worth the stay

We arrived a bit earlier than check-in so we left our bags with the front desk. Everyone is super friendly and helpful. We got our room, which was very clean and well cared for, and enjoyed our stay thoroughly.

Paid parking garage immediately adjacent. Good variety of restaurants close by. Safe neighborhood.

From beginning to end the staff and facility was exceptional. It shows that the staff and managers really care about your experience. From check-in to check-out it was a flawless experience. Breakfast was great. The room was very clean and orderly. The staff respected our privacy but yet still cleaned the room when we vacated for some time. Would definitely stay here again. The price is a bit high and a pool would be nice but it was still all worth it.

I was pleasantly surprised by this great hotel! Tucked away in the boys town neighborhood, and located in an historic building. It felt more like a boutique hotel than a Best Western! Really nice staff, very clean, and quiet. I'd stay again, definitely!
