when they give you a receipt it should say please call when you land at the air port for a shuttle so you do not stand and see every other hotel shuttle pass you by and after half hour when you see the shuttle it for the other hotel

We had a terrible experieced, my daughter got biten by a bed bug or a tick while sleeping, on the very first bight. Now we have to keep observing her hoping there are no consequences

Towels and floor in bathroom were wet as if someone had taken a shower. Bathroom ceiling had a leak. Could hear others above us walking. First shuttle driver took an hour to arrive and was rude about it when I complained about being told 15 minutes.
