La chambre était sale et en mauvais état (moisissures dans la salle de bain, taches sur le tapis, toilette non lavée). Nous avons donc demandé à changer de chambre et la nouvelle chambre était aussi sale, il y avait ne la nourriture sur le tapis, la salle de bain sentait mauvais et était sale.

Simple request of staying a bit late after check out, and was denied and told i would be charged 25$ for every hour stayed past. Really needed a couple hours, whatever, this hotel will not work with you like others

There was no trash in the lot or along the street. The lobby smelled so good. And people were sitting in the area where light breakfast is served. Very inviting. More importantly Chris was amazing familiar with my job as an aviation officer. Offer to let me sleep in extra hour before I did another 16 hour shift.. And the rugs and bedding were clean clean...
