Great place to stay and centrally located. The breakfast area floor was filthy and constantly sticky. Not sure how often the rooms are vacuumed and the missed a day cleaning our room.

The suite was very dirty. Potato chips behind the bathroom door. Hair in the shower. It was absolutely not vacuumed before we arrived. It’s very sad, because it could be a wonderful place. It has so much going for it. I can’t deal with crud! My husband and I brought 2 grandchildren for a quick Chicago trip. I would have moved hotels if it were more than one night. Dirty!
The location is convenient and there is parking available. Rates are high for parking with over $50 per night.
It is a okay hotel, the room was clean but the corridor and common areas were quite dirty. The location is awesome and on walking distance from a lot of things. The underground parking is convenient but expensive ($53/day).

Cleanliness and location
The property is great for location but very poor in service and cleanliness. Sheets were stained, bathroom shower tinted brown, morning breakfast Luke-warm and crowded, plus no free WIFI!!! This is my first hotel in years that hasn’t provided free WIFI.
The bathroom needs updating, especially bathtub and shower area, looked dirty, but probably in need of some updates. Coffee area in the room was lacking cups.
