Even on one if the busiest weekends in Chicago (st pattys day) the hotel staff and management handled everything wonderfully! The pool was warm, breakfast was kept full despite the sea of people there. Would definitely stay again!

The hotel room was very clean, and was offered an upgrade once there. Was a great place to stay, with many attractions within minutes of walking. The complimentary breakfast was amazing, also received complimentary gift cards to use towards dinner or the hotel bar. Will definitely stay again !
