The room is dirty, my blankets had mystery hair on them. The room smells but the balcony is too loud from the streets to keep the door open. Thankfully only here 1 night.

Loud window AC. You can smell if someone is smoking on their balcony even with your windows closed. Rooms are very dated and tired. Beds are exceedingly soft and indented in the middle. The bathroom is very small and probably inspired by your nearest Motel 6. No free water bottle in the room. I arrived at 2:45pm and was told my room was not ready yet and that they would call me when it was. 3:20 rolls around and I ask where is my room? It was ready. They forgot to call me while I waited in the lobby. The cafe downstairs is nice and the food was good. The free morning coffee at the lobby was refreshingly good. This place is most definitely not worth the price and the name it carries. It really is a 2 star hotel dressed in a 5 star name. For what I paid, I certainly expected a little more than what I got.

Great location . Road noise was disturbing. We walked to miracle mile . Breakfast bar fell a little short with hard bottomed biscuits. Never like to pay that much for parking , but garage couldn’t be more convenient. Nice to have your car that close . Front desk service was spot on . They won’t put up with any nonsense though . Good job .
