Our concierges, Galindo and Natalia were very efficient with their care and with making reservations with amazing restaurants. The hotel rooms were clean and the staff were all welcoming.

The Paradisus Cancún was a wonderful stay for me, my husband and our two teenage children. They are renovating it for a grand reopening in October of 2026 but we barely even noticed - we were not at all impacted. Service was great, and everyone was so helpful and friendly. Some of the staff learned our names (and of course we learned theirs!) and gave us some insider info on things to do outside the resort. Each time we returned from an excursion to the hotel, it really felt like coming "home."

My husband and I came for our honeymoon and had Fernanda as our concierge the entire trip. She was amazing and set up our daily itinerary with restaurant reservations , excursions, and activities. The staff were so attentive and awesome . It was truly paradise ! We’ll be coming back for sure !
