Check in- the two young people guy and girl, they didn’t explain only handed the keys. Housekeeping- made a lot of noise when cleaning the two rooms next to ours. Talking loud, laughing. Dropping stuff, moving chairs and beds. It was 8:00 am and it was nonstop noise for two hours. The servers at the buffet were wonderful. The guy the makes the pizzas simply wonderful and great customer service.

Food was ok. We ate at the buffet for all our meals, was never interested in trying any of the restaurants. The desserts were not good. Our room lacked some comfortable seating and decor. The bed was not very comfortable. Wish a premium liquor package was available. Overall it was a good stay for a family on a budget. Entertainment was good, and the pool. The beach needed the seaweed cleaned for sure most days. The construction to the right was very loud at times, like 8am specifically.

I liked that the hotel staff was super nice. The waitstaff in the buffet restaurant were outstanding. We had Cocom a few times and he was great! They did not have a paper map of the resort, only an app but the app completely sucks. The drinks we not all that good. The pina colda was decent, skip the margarita. The snack shop was pretty good. They had cheesecake and pastries and stuff like ham and cheese croissants. The coffee was OK, but the lattes were fantastic. They have a good beach access as well. All in all, it was a good stay. The first room we had was a king and the mattress was like sleeping on a piece of plywood so we requested a new room and they gladly changed us to two doubles and the beds were so comfortable even though parts of the hotel is a little dated, but not enough that you Can’t overlook it
