I’ve stayed at a lot of resorts in Cancun and this is one of my top resorts to stay at you have two resorts in one multiple restaurants multiple buffets multiple pools. All the staff is great and helpful. They always have events going on Great for kids on one side and Great for adults on the other side.

Very clean hotel, Nice staff, great variety of food, had access to all three of the family hotels. If your looking for a peaceful weekend this is the hotel no loud noises and no kids. Definitely recommend the oceanfront view with the private plunge pool made my stay even more amazing.

Overall well experience with the resort and all its inclusive amenities. For the most part the staff was friendly and helpful. Cancun is a tourist location, so prices are reflective of this aspect outside the hotel and some non-inclusive parts of the hotel (e.g. SPA massages, and trips outside the hotel)

Everyone was extremely friendly. The bar was fully stocked with great drinks and people. The staff had events going on the entire day for every day that was fun, everything was clean and our room was clean every day when we would come back In. They had signs everywhere so everything was easy to find. They gave us vouchers for each night we were there for one restaurant they had in the hotel. They had buffets and a deli open 24/7 great service and friendly staff.
